Description
Made from Verdejo and Viognier grapes. The grapes are macerated for 30 days with their skins before pressing. Fermentation at 15º C. Aged for 12 months in clay amphorae and oak and acacia vats.
Tasting Note:
Amber color, complex nose with tones of dried fruits, ripe stone fruits, citrus peel, aromatic herbs and some white flowers. The palate shows an elegant wine, with a balanced acidity with its structure and a saline touch.
Thanks to its white wine characteristics but with a certain tannicity, it is a tremendously versatile wine that can be paired with an infinite number of foods from spicy dishes to cured meats and cheeses.
