Produced entirely from Verdejo grapes, this wine comes from our oldest and least productive vineyard, the “Pago de la Pardina”. The stony soils of this estate favor a balanced ripening, resulting in a wine of unparalleled flavor.
Originating from the renowned RUEDA Denomination of Origin, Valdecuevas Verdejo has been awarded prizes, reflecting its superior quality. As for its characteristics, it has a straw yellow color with vivid green tones. Its aromas, dominated by notes of stone fruit such as peach and apricot, are complemented by a subtle background of fennel. On the palate, it is fresh, pleasant and voluminous, with a balanced acidity that lingers and leaves a lasting aftertaste.
